The Daily Detox Programs:

One-on-One Nutrition Counseling

Nutrition packages offer a dietary assessment and body analysis, personalized nutrition plans, nutrition education, progress tracking and lifestyle support over a series of visits in-person or video. Packages are available in different tiers based on your needs. 

Small Group Nutrition Counseling

This program is offered for 2 - 5 participants and gives family members, partners and friends the opportunity to experience a nutrition education session together while each receiving personalized diet plans. It’s a great way to support each other and accomplish health goals together!

1. Personalized Nutrition Counseling

This science-based approach to 1:1 nutrition care supports women with weight loss and management goals, fertility and prenatal nutrition, digestion, and diabetes. Each program includes a comprehensive assessment, personalized goals and strategies, nutrition education, and actionable steps designed to create lasting results, with package options available in 1-month, 3-month, and 6-month plans.

2. Meal Planning With Ease

Our registered dietitian–designed meal plans and recipes are tailored to your unique needs, preferences, and stage of life. You’ll learn the Daily Detox Plate Method, how to plan simple healthy meals at home, confidently order at restaurants using the TDD Method, and stay on track while traveling, all while enjoying food without deprivation so you can feel and look your absolute best. 

3. Weekly Coaching Calls

1:1 nutrition sessions and follow-ups are provided through a HIPAA-compliant patient portal, giving you secure access to telehealth appointments, health records, a food diary, and nutrition education materials, all in one place for simplicity and privacy.

4. Whole Body + Beauty Approach

All packages include a comprehensive nutrition plan, lab work analysis, customized macronutrient recommendations, physical activity analysis, and a kitchen detox guide—plus much more. Each package also comes with a bonus education session on Eating for Beauty and Anti-Aging.
